These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the She Who Wins mobile application (the “App”) operated by She Wins, LLC dba She Who Wins (“She Who Wins,” “we,” or “us”). The App allows users (“Followers”) to connect with independent spiritual advisors (“Advisors”) who provide personal insight, mentorship, live sessions, and chat-based services (the “Services”).

By registering for, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

She Who Wins may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

You must be 18 years or older to use the App.

2. IMPORTANT SERVICE DISCLAIMER (ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES)

Services provided through the She Who Wins App are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.

She Who Wins does not provide:

· Medical or mental health advice

· Financial or investment advice

Advisors are independent users and are not employees or agents of She Who Wins.

You acknowledge that:

· You are responsible for your own decisions

· Services are not a substitute for licensed professionals

· She Who Wins is not liable for outcomes arising from Services

3. DEFINITIONS

Advisor — a user providing Services.
Follower — a user engaging with Advisors.
App — the She Who Wins application and related services.
Created Content — all user and advisor content shared within the App. Intellectual
Property — proprietary rights including copyrights and trademarks.

4. APP LICENSE

She Who Wins grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

You may not:

· Reverse engineer or modify the App

· Resell or sublicense access

· Remove branding or proprietary notices

· Use the App unlawfully

5. API SERVICES

The App may integrate third-party API services (including YouTube).

By using such features, you agree to applicable third-party terms.

6. CONTENT AND SERVICES

The App is a technology platform only. She Who Wins does not create or control Advisor content.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload.

You grant She Who Wins a limited license to host and display content to operate the App.

Prohibited conduct includes:

· Illegal or infringing content

· Harassment or impersonation

· Malware or harmful code

· Misrepresentation of professional credentials

She Who Wins may remove content at its discretion.

7. SESSION RECORDINGS AND ACCESS

Interactions between Followers and Advisors — including live sessions, chat sessions, and recorded responses — may be securely recorded to:

· Deliver Services

· Provide session access

· Improve safety and reliability

· Resolve disputes or technical issues

Recordings are never used for advertising.

Only authorized personnel may access recordings when necessary.

Externally hosted content (e.g., private YouTube links) is not controlled by She Who Wins.

8. LIVE SESSIONS AND CHAT SESSIONS

The App allows Followers to communicate with Advisors through live video sessions, audio sessions, or chat-based messaging.

By using these features, you agree that:

· Advisors set availability and service offerings

· Followers must join sessions at scheduled times

· Technical issues may affect session quality

· She Who Wins may review sessions to resolve disputes

She Who Wins does not guarantee outcomes or availability of any Advisor.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all associated technology remain the property of She Who Wins.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree not to disclose proprietary information relating to She Who Wins’ technology or business practices.

11. TERMINATION

She Who Wins may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination:

· Access ends immediately

· Outstanding balances must be resolved within 14 days

DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

23. APPLE APP STORE ADDITIONAL TERMS

If you access the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

· These Terms are between you and She Who Wins only, not Apple Inc.

· Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

· Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

· Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
